The BoxxPak by Eagle Packaging Machinery is an integrated, ergonomic system designed with the operator in mind. The system combines case erecting, product loading stations, and case sealing into a compact and efficient work cell.
The initial case erecting section of the BoxxPak system allows the RSC or HSC case to be formed with either tape or hot-melt glue while the final case sealing section provides the same versatility in offering the options of tape sealing or sealing with hot-melt glue.
The BoxxPak is a highly flexible, highly customizable system built to accommodate multiple operators. In the pick and pack workstation, product and erected cases are continuously and simultaneously conveyed via a two-tiered S-shaped conveyor which minimizes physical stress and decreases the likelihood of operator injury. The intelligently designed conveyor also makes for seamless substitution with different models of case erectors at the beginning of the packaging process.
Offering the benefits of quick size-change over, minimal repetitive movements, system adaptability, and case packing organization, the BoxxPak is an ideal solution for a wide range of industries and a large variety of product shapes and sizes.
